Outdoor microgreens are a little more susceptible to nature, as you just can't control the weather. My tip is to plant 2 -3 times a week to get the best results. This way you harvest more and you get better long term results over the cool season.
Example: This Spring in Australia (Byron Bay) we had one week of above average temperatures, my microgreens went crazy and grew twice as fast!
