This antioxidant in particular go in and help to fight the free radicals, kind of invader body from things like cigaret smoke, other pollutants in our environment, sugar in our diet, alcohol in our diet, and even from negative free radicals.
So eating more tomatoes helps to balance those free radicals with those antioxidants. One thing that you can do is you can top up fresh tomato, add a little avocado and make your self a wonderful delicious tomato salad!
